We enjoyed our experience here after an unfortunate 1hr wait (we were told it would be 20-25 minutes). We understand you allow online orders but if you keep taking these orders at the expense of visiting customers that are physically in the building it feels rude and disappointing. This should change. We were also met with complete apathy by the main hostess, Megan. It’s Applebees. Can be slow and often crowded. But if you love Applebees you’ll love this Applebees. The kids love it for whatever reason. The employees have always been nice.Kid-friendliness: The kids love Applebees. The menu has photos of the food they can choose and they get crayons to write on it. Between that and the tv screens the kids are happy. The service can be slow sometimes though.
