“I am a pizza snob! I travel all over the US for business and make it a point to try all kinds of pizza. Here in little ole Bethel Vermont we have a treasure. The crust is in-between hand tossed and ultra thin it has a Great texture and flavor. The topping selections are out standing!, Build your own you won't be disappointed, and on top of the Vermont country store like atmosphere and the Vermont hospitality, Cockadoodle's is worth the drive. “Food was freaking awesome, especially the fris with cheddar and ranch and Buffalo sauce. The swiss burger is on point. The only thing I felt bad for the staff definitely needed more help. Maybe spend some money on the outside atmosphere. But they are hands down in the top 3 best burger places I have ever been.“

“Fully enjoyed our lunch at SAAP, brought back many memories from our 3 1/2 years living in Thailand.
Atmosphere reminded us of the many family Thai Restaurants found in Northern Thailand.
The restaurant does have a small staff or at least when we were there. All great to chat with but it’s a relaxed environment so don’t come here for a rushed meal, come to enjoy the food.
Reservations are needed for weekends and in general so they can plan accordingly. Open for lunch and dinner but does close from 2-4:30.
Now for the food. It was very good- we had the spring rolls, chicken wings, Khao Soi Chicken, and Pad Kra Pao… flavors were very authentic.
Considering this is in the middle of Vermont and getting authentic thai is definitely a delight.

“Terrific service and elevated food. If you wanna eat a quick breakfast and go they can provide you with great food and fast service. I was looking for a slower paced breakfast and I was accommodated as well. Great stop.“
