“My favorite venue to play, hang, and commence in swing dance with big bear! Coolest staff , I feel I’ve known my whole life after one gig. Can’t wait to play again . They treat artist righteous and respect and how they deserve where most others forget . And can’t wait to go see other acts and spread the love and support!“
“Fantastic brunch on Sunday, sweet owner Janet kills it, nothing in Stowe does breakfast like this. Good vibes evenings, friendly locals, sweet dog friends and all the beers.“
“Everything was great. Above all, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! It’s definitely modernized and well kept. We were in the main building. The pool looked wonderful though we didn’t have a chance to use it. Free breakfast each morning off choices made for us, not a buffet. King bed was very comfortable and chair and footrest next to the bed also great. Television had more channels than I can remember on a hotel television. The location is on the main road that goes into the shopping/dining district but a few miles away so it’s quiet. The beginning of the famed Recreation Trail is a very short walk from the hotel. The Wi-Fi was the best of three places we stayed on this trip. Shannon, the proprietor is terrific. I’ll definitely come back here. Parking is free and close to the building entrance.“

“We had an incredible time at Alpine Hall. We were two and did not have reservations, but they were able to squeeze us in. The focaccia and the duck frites were very yummy. I think I got too full from the appetizers. I did not really get to enjoy my actual main course but it’s OK. I’ll definitely eat less appetizers next time. The server was so nice and he got us hot chocolate to go. He also let us borrow a highchair for our stuffed animal that we did not want to hold onto while we’re eating.“

“Amazing place really. I wasn’t expecting a ski mountain to have such an amazing restaurant! The James Moore tavern is fantastic. I ordered the Smashburger with fries and some unique morsels known as duck rangoons. The burger had a crispy patty that was seasoned perfectly, as well as onion jam, a brioche bun, and garlic aioli. The fries were crisp and flavorful and the duck rangoons were fantastically unique and delicious. Sadly they were out of their butter cake but the peanut butter pie was delicious. Probably the best ski food I’ve ever tried!“
