“Place is just overall great. Backyard to hang and sometimes there’s a fire. Can play some cornhole or just chill out inside play some pool or hit the dance floor when there a dj, great vibe great prices. “Barr Hill offers up amazing food and drinks in a laid back setting. My favorite dish was the diced potatoes, which reminded me of the "patatas bravas" served in Spain but amazingly enough, it was even better! I highly recommend giving it a go and sampling one of their delicious cocktails and some of their fare. You won't be disappointed!“
“Love Bent Nail, music is always fun . I've never eaten there so I can't speak to the food. Last night the bar tender clearly wasnt paying any attention to who was waiting for drinks and when they arrived. It took her over 15 minutes to finally acknowledge me. Disappointed as usually thos hasn't been my experience.“
“What a great find and would definitely come back here the next time we are lucky enough to visit Vermont. A huge selection of IPA beers for my husband and friends to try and a delicious kombucha for me since I was the nominated driver. Air fried chicken wings were the perfect accompaniment and we especially liked the dry rub version. We really enjoyed talking with the bar lady who's family bought the brewery in April 2022.“

“So, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place!With the help of the Owner, we hosted my Aunt's 61st bday at this location, even with about 40 people in the back. It was just perfect! The Servers were on top of it (to say the least), taking multiple orders, providing us with consistent apps for everyone to eat, letting us decorate! Even within the large crowd, they'd find the individuals and provide exactly what was asked for!The food was amazing as well! Hot fries, delicious wings, and tasty burgers!!! They even went out of their way to provide a cute cheese and cracker platter that wasn't on the menu!This place is just wonderful! Please come visit, please witness this great group of people and help support them! They truly deserve it!!!“
“Today I fl celebrated my 50th birthday at my favorite restaurant in Vermont. Been lucky to have been eating fabulous meals at Sarducci’s since first visiting our family on a first trip to Montpelier. In 1998 we moved to Montpelier and made Sarduccis a weekly date. Our family grew, we continued our tradition and watched the kids go from car seats in the booths, to high chairs, to booster seats and now teenagers and young adults. Every time we had company, Sarduccis was our go to. We moved to Essex, but still made time for our favorite spot. Just recently, my husband and I made a special trip for a “just us two” date- happy to find the flood damage was not enough to keep them closed for long. Sadly, my husband Bryan died on August 12, 2023- but the memory of our last date together and him enjoying his meal will last forever. Thank you for years worth of memorable meals and we look toward to many more.“
“We had to take out pizzas, won the top supreme one and the other one, the mushroom ricotta one. They are the best pizzas I can remember having. For a Vermont thin crust pizza, I thought it was better than flatbread, I thought it was better than, a positive pie, I thought it was better than the bespoke pizza we like to have when we go to the Kedron Valley Inn in South Woodstock. There was enough topping to really give some mouth peel and fullness, but the crust was still that really nice woodfired crust and light. I totally recommend the place.“
“This place is great..!!..Mike & the staff at the Bill town Roadhouse in Williamstown Vermont have great food. & the place has a nice atmosphere...with excellent live Bands on the weekends..People need to re-check out this place from its former self....and see the change Mike has made....you People are missing out..!!“
“Took my daughter and grand babies there for her birthday and it was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The menu is super creative, food was absolutely delicious. From poutine to kids Mac and cheese, spinach and artichoke grilled cheese and my absolutely perfect grilled cheese shrimp Alfredo. Atmosphere was amazing. We enjoyed a big table outside and the placement was perfect with 3 little ones and a busy place. Waitress was always right there, tons of staff came to check in and said hi on the walk in and out. My grandson fell out of his chair and bonked his head and cried for a moment but was fine. The waitress immediately asked if we wanted ice, then another staff member came to check in and made sure he was ok and even offered a piece of magic chocolate cake to help him feel better. The attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere, and the way they make you feel like the most important customers there means I will be back. Thank you all for the absolutely perfect ending to a busy but wonderful day! I will be back again!“
