“OK – nobody’s probably going to believe this, but I am from Atlanta Georgia and was visiting Quechee with a few friends – I’ve been there before, but never been to the Skinny Pancake. I went in to get a latte to go and my friend just about crashed the car when I yelled “Oh my God” while drinking it in her passenger seat. She said, “what’s wrong?” and I said “nothing‘s wrong, everything’s right – this is the best latte I have had in years!!” And too bad we were on our way out of town! “Nice old home with a cozy tasting room. We got two flights (tastes only) and it was around $50 for both, I think. But so fun to taste this favorite that we had no idea came from VT but have enjoyed now for years. Woman who did our tasting explained the choices perfectly. Fun experience after touring the Simon Pearce factory next door!“
