“The whole family enjoyed an excellent meal tonight start to finish. Service was friendly and quick. The setting was beautiful. Salads were fresh and flavorful. Had the kalette appetizer which the whole table enjoyed. Entrees were fantastic! I had the rib eye. One son had the steak au poivre; another had haddock with heirloom tomatoes, and my husband had the pork chops. We all agreed it was a perfect meal. We ended the meal with wonderful desserts - maple creme brulee, marscapone cheesecake, banana bread pudding, and ice cream with a praline topping. Just the right size and sweetness to finish this wonderful meal. We hope to be back soon.“

“Cheddar Ale Soup was very smooth, with just the right balance of sharpness between the Cheddar and the Ale. The Pizza crust was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of char along the edges. Service was top notch as well!“

“Stopped by Mr. Up’s in Middlebury, Vermont for an episode of Jaguar’s Guide TV, and this was a really good casual dinner experience.

The restaurant has that classic, comfortable pub-style feel. I had a reservation, got seated quickly, and the night started off smooth.

The food was good overall. The calamari was a strong appetizer, but the standout for me was definitely the Thumbs & Toes with blue cheese and maple BBQ sauce. That was a 10/10. The Chicken Parmesan was solid too, with the chicken being stronger than the pasta.

What really elevated the experience was the service. Big shoutout to Caroline. She was pleasant, attentive, checked in several times, and made the meal feel comfortable from start to finish.

“Our experience at Paddlers Pub was great We went 3 times during our vacation! It's convenient, amazing views and super friendly staff. Like most places around the country right now they seemed short staffed, but that's understandable. The food was really good...the shrimp & spinach salad was fabulous, I ordered all 3 times. That dressing, so good! My family loved everything they got (except the pizza, skip that). The drinks were cold and they have great options for being the only place to get one. Have to give a shout out to the guys running the marina too, they were so accommodating and friendly. The whole atmosphere was just warm and welcoming. We can't wait to return!“
