Ordered from the bar and waited an excruciating hour for my food, only to witness the people next to me receiving their orders within a mere 10 minutes after ordering through a waitress. Absolutely infuriating! Starving and with a long journey ahead of me, I was too famished to even consider canceling my order. The rude waitress ignored us, and when we brought up our concerns, the manager was equally rude and disrespectful. It's appalling that they don't even advise other customers before they order that it's going to be a long wait. It seems their profit comes more from their drinks than the food. To add insult to injury, it became evident that other customers had experienced the same problem. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my food order. Next time, I'll be sure to avoid this place altogether when I'm in Brattleboro.

Absolutely adore this place.Went with my friends during ski jump weekend after we drank a ton of their beers at the event. Their pierogis are heavenly and we wanted to order 50 of those after the first bite.The staff was so friendly and made us laugh the whole time.Another plus is that it’s very close to any downtown restaurants so walking over is really convenient and means you can enjoy a few more beers!We’re already planning our trip next year and a stop here is absolutely on the itinerary.

The only reason I'm even giving two stars is because my husband's beer (Big Stoner) and my cocktail were good. We also enjoyed our pretzel bites. Everything else was disappointing. It started when they brought our entrees at the same time as our appetizer. They brought it back to the kitchen to sit under heat lamps. So when we were ready to eat our medium rare burgers were well done and dry as can be. Even the pickles, lettuce and tomatoes were hot and soggy. No one stopped at our table to ask how things were. Then when my husband ordered a second beer no one ever brought it. When the waitress came with the check she asked if we wanted boxes after seeing nothing was eaten. I told her no that everything was over cooked. There was no offer to order anything different. When we told her we didn't get the second beer she read the order back to us. Making us tell her again we did not get the second beer. This place had potential but failed miserably. Thanks for a disappointing birthday lunch and you are going to regret not serving my husband his beer. We would have left with at least 6 drinks on our tab instead of two.

Pro: the view is amazing and the beer is really good. The brewery has a nice decoration and setting. The restrooms were very clean. David (I don´t know his position or job) was very warm and caring. He compensate me for the bad moment that I´ve spent in the brewery.Cons: I waited 50 min until my order was delivered and when I complained with the response of the manager was very impolite and out of place. I´m not going to go into details, but I contacted David (who answered my previous review in google of this place) regarding this situation and confusion about what happened, and he solved the problem.Originally, I qualified the place with a lower score due to the manager misbehavior. However, I replaced the qualification because I think that we all might have a bad day, and make mistakes; what it matters is what we do with them and how we fix them. I found that the brewery really care about the costumer, despite that my original perspective was different based on a situation with one employee.

I might say go for the beer (if you are excited about 30 varieties of IPA) and the view. Food and service is a crap shoot. Actually it has further declined in appeal and customer service in the past 4 years.
