Rail and River Tavern, formerly Whetstone brewery, offers a taproom with great beer. They are open Monday-Wednesday 12-3pm and Thursday-Sunday 12-6pm.
The restaurant has outdoor seating with views of the water. Visitors have enjoyed the pretzel bites, parmesan fries, and pleasant atmosphere.
While the staff is described as cheerful and helpful, some guests wish for table service rather than having to order from the bar.
