Tried this place for the first time today, I got the French toast and my partner got the blt. The French toast is really fluffy and tasty and comes with wild blackberries which is an awesome touch.
The coffee is a little bitter but the size was a little small for the price. It looked like an 8 ounce cup. Just seems a little small. Other than that, it was pretty good.
What a jewel. Lifted up the whole area.
The pastry and customer service were excellent, and we were delighted with the selection of jams to take home!

Minifactory is a unique restaurant with fantastic food that is "absolutely fantastic" and "magnificent." The space is lovely, with a bright and cheerful decor that evokes happiness. The menu now features dishes like poached eggs in pepper sauce with yogurt and biscuit sandwiches, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food is always delicious and made with fresh, organic ingredients, and the restaurant cares for gluten-intolerant customers. While the wait can be long, it is worth it for the tasty food and cozy environment. The food here serves some of the best the customer has ever had, with exceptional varieties in flavors, and no matter what you order, it looks and tastes like absolute perfection. The ecovillage tour group loved it, noting the cute vibe, delicious and wholesome food, good service, and fantastic variety. For cycling adventures, this place hit a home run with super nice people, a good vibe, and a great menu that delivers. The Minifactory is now at the top of the list for best breakfast/coffee/bake goods. It is a very relaxed spot with beautiful bright decor. Even their egg salad on milk bread blew minds. It took a while to get food, but it was well worth the wait. The restaurant is also very kid-friendly, making it a great place for families. Overall, Minifactory remains a charming spot to relax and enjoy a good meal.
