You're probably thinking, why five stars everything if two star overall? They only have one delivery person, so your orders take genuinely forever to get to you. To the point where you'll wonder if there was an issue with your payment or something, nope. Just one delivery person for the entirety of the area they serve. Too understaffed is the reason for the overall rating, otherwise great
I eat Domino's pizza pretty regularly. For the past couple years I've come to accept that my order was going to miss the mark in preparation and/or presentation-- undercooked or burned, skimpy cheese (including the time I ordered extra cheese), skimpy toppings, or slices flipped upside down in the box, all of which impacts my perception of taste and overall enjoyment. Shout out to the driver who offered to carry 5 hot pizzas across a field with teenagers shooting each other with Nerf blasters on a hot day.
