Just order from a local pizza place and save yourself the trouble... We ordered our food at 6:30pm and didn't receive the food until 8:15pm. When the food arrived it was cold, not just the pizza but the sandwich and the chicken as well. Like it had been sitting in a refrigerator (or a car in 20 degrees) cold. Cold to the degree of being inedible unless heated back up. Upon receiving the food we called the location to inform them our food was in fact inedible and were only offered coupons or for them to "re-make it" why would I want coupons for food I've received and was unhappy with? I'm not going to order from here again so that's not a very smart thing to offer. As for remaking the food, if the staff can't complete my order the first time what faith can I have in them to complete it a second time while probably unhappy with me for complaining, I've worked in the food industry I know how it is when customers complain. When asking if I could receive a refund I was told by the gentleman on the phone that the only way I could do so was I'd I returned the food by "bringing it back in". That floored me considering I paid for the food to be delivered and I saw that solution as a very "I don't care you're lying" brushing me off response. While completely unsatisfied with my order and the service from Dominos on North Ave in Burlington VT I am very glad to have received the service I did today as a reminder to only order from the better and more reliable local choices such as NYPO or Leonardo's. So thanks for that I guess.

I've tried to do business at this place but they're just terrible. I ordered the chicken elfredo but there was ZERO chicken in it. I thought it must have been a mistake and people make mistakes so I didn't say a word. Three days later I ordered chicken Alfredo and again NO CHICKEN. This type of thing happens every single time. (I would like to say that GORDON is a professional and whenever He's handled my order everything has been excellent BUT) They've come missing items and act like I'm a huge A hole for wanting them to get it. I'm done with this place. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately, my order was messed up and when I got to the store was told to wait for another 10-15 minutes. When I came back in they were still trying to make the pizza with my toppings again. But they messed it up and cooked it without toppings for a second time. I told them at this point we were just hungry and didn't care if the pizza was without toppings and they gave me the pizza free of charge. So after 20 extra minutes of waiting at dominos I did end up getting a free pizza but it was an unfortunate string of events. Gladly I will say the staff genuinely seemed to try and do right by the customer. I likely won't eat here again.

Zero stars. Called me twice just to tell me they were out of crust and toppings. Worst dominos ever. Don’t waste your money on low quality pizza made by people who obviously can’t order enough ingredients to make a pizza.

Two hours late, and still waiting ...Edit: Never showed, just got a notification they cancelled the order after a two + hour delay. Why waste my time - for what? I could have put in an order somewhere else. Instead it's cheese and crackers for dinner - thanks.

Employees are nice, Gordon made today’s fabulous pizza and in such a tip top shape store. This place is horrible, waited two hours for delivery. Pizza was cold and they gave me the wrong address’s order and wrong pizza. Driver was already gone. I had to call store and tell them the situation. I told them I would go out of my way and come in to pick it up myself instead of waiting. I asked for some compensation or a free side of garlic knots or anything, i was told no. Apparently i made a mistake of ordering a large buffalo chicken regular pizza which instead i wanted a buffalo chicken pan pizza. I asked if they could at least just make that instead and was told no. Again i waited two hours, pizza was cold, i received the wrong pizza, i had to drive and pay full new price for a new pizza, and they couldn’t even make a type of pizza i wanted in order to apologize. Horrible service and management
