We visited this place 1PM Monday. The staff and atmosphere was great, however, the hall staff is swamped with services due to short staff. It takes 20mins to come our dishes after placing an order. The flavor of Tonkotsu Ramen is good, but there's still things to improve. I can't give 5 star because of not hot soup and not separated noodles in the bowl.
