Masala Elaichi Indian Restaurant offers some of the best Indian food with a diversity of options beyond just sauced protein in a bowl. The interior is spacious and nicely lighted, despite the exterior. The food is excellent, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable. A favorite in the Burlington area, the restaurant is known for masterful spice work and good prices. The pani puri is unique and really good, and it is a must-try for savory fans. The pakora is surprisingly and pleasingly crispy. The chai is particularly excellent. For brunch, a few vegetarian options like dal, saag paneer, and chana masala are available, along with chicken options. Naan is brought out fresh. Takeout and dine-in are both great. Customers have eaten there almost fifty times in two years, and the experience is described as delicious with excellent customer service. The pricing is fair, and the amount of food is never lacking.
