Garlic Spam Musubi

This Is our version of the "swoon-worthy Hawaiian snack" (The Washington Post) in the tradition of Japanese onigiri. We season and sear a slice of Spam, place it on a bed of white rice, add flavor with our sweet shoyu sauce and garlic crisps, and wrap the whole thing in nori.

Hot Miso Soup

Our take on the traditional Japanese soup consists of dashi stock, miso paste with diced tofu added.

Pokeworks has really stepped up its game within the last few years. I’ve been coming here for a while now, but with all the new menu additions it’s been great! Their portions are nice and I like how the seaweed salad isn’t an additional charge. I love the siracha aioli sauce.

Very friendly staff! I’ve been to this location before, had food delivered multiple times throughout my years of school, and done takeout. Sam, Camila, and the rest of the team are very hard workers who make everyone feel welcome!

shoutout to the whole front of house staff: sam, terri, & phoenix—they are very sweet, charming, & make sure to make you feel welcomed even when there’s a rush. the food was great as always & the musubi is to die for. def will come back
