Baracoa
Boneless fillet of Red Snapper grilled and served with a rich coconut broth. Accented with tender onion and Cubanelle peppers, finished with a touch of aromatic culantro.
Vegadillo
This TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein) dish is prepared exactly as our Picadillo to accommodate our vegan/vegetarian friends and family.
Ropa Vieja
The national dish of Cuba. Tender shredded beef, onions, garlic, peppers, and olives stewed for hours in a savory tomato sauce.
Lechon Asado
Pork Shoulder marinated in our exclusive mojo sauce (blend of citrus and garlic), then slow roasted.

Nancy's Flan
Abuela Nancy's family recipe. Without this incredible woman there might not be a Santiago's at all. Her indomitable spirit along with her recipes weaves its way through our very foundation. We are so very honored to have this recipe, that goes back 4 generations, to grace our menu. This light, silky egg custard is baked perfectly in a caramel sauce and served like Abuela would, cut into a pie slice with a spoonful of the decadent caramel sauce over the top. The namesake would be very proud.
Tres Leche
A rich and soupy sponge cake soaked in three milks (evaporated, condensed, and whole), topped with whipped meringue that is toasted for a rich complex flavor that contrasts the sweetness of the cake underneath it. As is tradition, a maraschino cherry graces the top.

This place is amazing! Highly Highly recommend! The tostones were amazing! The Churrasco is the best I have ever had! The wife had Baracoa and enjoyed every bite! The drinks were well made and tasted great! Service was 5 star!

I can’t begin to describe how this food exceeded my expectations. I bit into the Pan con Bistec sandwich and actually said wow. The bread crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and the steak had so much flavor. I will 100% be returning!!

My friend and I really enjoyed our visit. The food (steak sandwich and burger with egg) was very good and worth the visit. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location beautiful. I recommend it!
