Not happy at all. We ordered two sip o sunshine drafts, we had a few sips and the beer tasted off. We drink this beer regularly both at home and when we go out. Bartender said it tasted fine and dismissed us. Asked to speak to the manager. All we wanted was a different beer. They refused. This was at the airport where each beer cost about $14. We left probably $25 worth of beer and walked away.
Really disappointed and insulted. This is horrible customer service. As a Vermonter who has supported skinny pancake for over 12 years, I am not going back.
My co worker and I wanted to try out the Skinny Pancake in town while visiting for work but didn't have time. I knew the airport had another location of skinny pancake and saved it for our last morning in town before our flight.
I had the ham and cheese crepe which was good. It's surprisedly good for an airport venue too! Great sendoff by Vermont before heading home! Would love to try the main restaurant in town next time I visit. I know my boys would love this place.
Tasty and there was a band playing on the patio today!
Cool laid back vibe. GREAT location. Outdoor seating. Food was not great. Service was meh.
Best crepes I ever had. Good veg or egg options
I went 3 hours out of my way to bring some friends here. My first introduction was a different location in Vermont, but it was such a core memory that when discussing places to eat, one of the members in our party mentioned the Skinny Pancake, and I knew I would walk away full with no regret about the food quality. I love the crepe with cheese, I think they called it a 'grilled cheese crepe', but I'm too lazy to look it up. One of our group didn't finish their frys so I was fortunate to try those - delicious, and I know another meal I'll try next time.- if my budget allows. The prices are decent, considering the price today, and I went all day without eating and I was full when my plate was empty, but if You're a guy with a healthy appetite, You'll look at that plate as an appetizer. I don't mean don't try it, I'm just saying that it's smart to eat 3 meals a day, but I can't always afford that, this was a Birthday celebration and in lew of a gift, it was a meal. Sometimes it's the memory and company more than getting a money gift, it was nice that I've been here with people that had never been, I hope it becomes a core memory for them too.
Had a very nice and badly needed breakfast and latte.
Great new spot in peabody, different enough from the other local places...nice offering and a welcome addition to the Northshore mall
Mediocre at best. We had a 45-minute wait, and another 45 minutes wait once our order was taken. Honestly, we've had better crepes at IHOP.

Great ambiance, great dark coffee blend, crepe had a hearty amount of ham and cheese, overall awesome experience.
Oh and the bacon was exceptionally good.

We drove way out of our way just to come back here for the crepes, and our second visit did not disappoint!!! We got three different crepes, the blueberry pie, the pbb&bee and the Johnny crepe, and every bite was worth every penny and every mile we drove! AND all the staff members are very friendly and awesome at their jobs!! Overall amazing experience, highly recommend!

My party of 3 waited 60 minutes for our food after being seated. The food arrived, and my gluten free savory crepe was completely cold on the inside. I had to then wait 15 more minutes for it to return. The Johnny crepe itself was not what I had hoped, thinking pulled pork is a safe option. The gluten free crepe was mushy- almost tasting uncooked however it could’ve been the buckwheat itself. Overall, my party was not thrilled with any of the savory crepes. The fries were good though as well as the friendly staff.

The place has a great atmosphere and the best is the crepes!!! Food was delicious and I wanted to say worth the wait but for us was a wait were we asked 3 times when would we get our food. Not sure if it was that day, but if in rush ask before ordering.

I loved how The Skinny Pancake brings a fresh twist to breakfast with amazing crepes – the savory ones hit just right, and the sweet ones are perfectly balanced.

We arrived on a Saturday lunchtime, we expected the wait to be long, it wasn't a problem. We put ourselves on the waiting list, the person at reception was very friendly and told us that we would have a table in 25 minutes. We finally received our table 50 minutes later.
On the other hand, the person at the cash register who took our order was unpleasant and clearly showed us signs of impatience for no reason: sighs, looks up, etc.
Also, strangely, we have to look for our own glasses of water, napkins, condiments, etc.
The waiters only bring the plates, strange
That said, the food was very good but rather expensive compared to the quantity on the plates
In short, mixed experience 2.5/5
