Great selection, everyone loved their food. The cheese curds and Cuban especially.

Spectacular and quick place to get food at any time of day. The restaurant is right by the shoreline and provides a great atmosphere. The bathroom is a bit inconvenient, but then again, you’re not going for the bathroom.

Nestled beside the ECHO Leahy Center and Burlington’s Waterfront Park, The Skinny Pancake is a charming brunch stop that feels perfectly at home in its surroundings. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it an inviting place to slow down after a museum visit or a stroll along the lake.
I ordered one of their sweet crêpes, generously dressed with chocolate sauce, banana slices, and strawberries. Each bite was indulgent and full of flavor—rich yet balanced, with fresh fruit adding brightness to the sweetness. It works equally well as a hearty breakfast or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
With its approachable menu and laid-back ambiance, The Skinny Pancake is an ideal choice for a weekend family meal or a casual dessert stop. It’s a reliably satisfying spot and well worth a visit when exploring Burlington’s waterfront.

I went here during my vacation in Vermont. The food is great and so is the service. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Burlington Vermont 🙂

Sorry SKINNY, disappointed today. Waited for 45 min for food that was meager in portions, luke warm, the wait staff were hard to find, my son didn’t get his bacon that he ordered on his burger, and the bill was $87.00 for 2 noah’s, a smash burger and 3 drinks… I am sorry that I paid my tip upfront as well. Really disappointing today.

Locals take note! It's easy to write this off as touristy restaurant but it's an absolute banger for locals too. Menu is consistently what I'm looking for, they have all the bevvies I could possibly want, and the vibe is quintessential burly!
For many years, this has been one of my favorite places. I’ve visited Burlington often and generally go out of my way make a visit. I’ve dragged friends to the SP, recommend it to everyone who would listen and I even went to the location in Hanover before it closed and I loved everything about it.
But the last few visits have been mediocre at best. They seem to have a lot of trouble figuring out how to take orders. At least they ditched the weird online thing that was such a hassle, but even now the staff seem detached and disinterested. The assigned seating but counter ordering thing seems odd. And the food delivery is wacky - dishes come at different times, drinks may or may not appear before or even with your food…it is just a mess.
I’ve often sort of excused the whole thing because I do enjoyed the crepes, but my most recent visit changed that. The crepes was stiff and didn’t seem fresh at all. The fillings were meager. And again, our drinks came only after we asked after them.
I’m love this place and want it to be better, but they seem to be struggling with problems that seem like solved problems in most of the restauranting world. Please go, but be forewarned and have a critical eye.

1st time in and 1st time having a savory crepe. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch and was happy with it! Side of greens it came with helped balance. The curds were just ok, a bit salty; side of marinara tiny. Atmosphere: didn’t like sitting so close to others to feel like we’re dining together. Service: there wasn’t any. No servers. Appreciated the ability to call ahead for waitlist.

The food was average - waited 35 minutes for a table and then told you have to go back up and wait more to order at the counter then you serve yourself your drinks before the overpriced average food shows up. Over an hour before food shows up and half was like warm at best.
