Nest Coffee • Bakery Reviews
The Nest has become my favorite place to get a maple latte so far in Vermont. Not only is it the most reasonably priced, but the best tasting coffee I’ve found as well. The pastries we’ve tried there have been good. Wish they had full breakfast sandwiches too!
One of best deals: large coffee (from the front). Dollar cheaper than Dunkin’ and almost $2 cheaper than Starbucks. Support local! While there, cross street and order best sandwich in Chittenden County: Mertones.
I love the Nest! They are the best! always plenty of seating and if you bring an old license plate for their wall, they might give you a free cup of coffee.

Nest Coffee • Bakery offers a wonderful coffee selection with various milk options and delicious pastries in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. The place is adorned with cool Vermont and coffee-themed decor. Outdoor seating and a bike repair station are available, with parking options nearby. While the menu is simple, they offer seasonal treats and baked goods that are sure to delight. The staff is kind, modestly efficient, and engaged, creating a welcoming environment. Customers can enjoy their coffee at the counter, on a couch, by the window, or outside, making it a perfect spot to relax, brainstorm, or enjoy a sip of coffee. The coffee is smooth and creamy, not as strong as most, but very pleasant. A recommended addition is a shot of maple syrup in the latte for a Vermont touch. The bakery is a small business with good prices, and the service is impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to assist customers. Sister to FireBird Cafe for lunch options.
