“It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn't act like they are above working at Dunkin' Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. Something. he should be training other staff on quality Customer Care Because he definitely has the knack. There are not a lot of people like that anymore these days. Kudos to you, young man. I wish I had caught your name.“
