The Hindquarter offers an absolutely amazing catering experience. Chef Luke Stone and his team turn out amazing wood-fired menu items, provide excellent customer service, and are all around wonderful people. They prioritize locally grown/raised/made products from reputable sources, and otherwise invest in quality items for anything non-local.
