The Wildflower Restaurant and Pub offers a good dining experience with large portions, attractively arranged food, and friendly staff. The restaurant is known for its Thanksgiving specials, especially the turkey dinner, which many customers say is perfect. The atmosphere is cozy, with plenty of space both inside and outside, although some guests noted that outdoor seating is more available than indoor. The view from the restaurant is highly praised and worth the trip.
The menu includes a variety of dishes, such as the Atlantic salmon, which has been called the best ever, and the short ribs, which received high praise. Customers also enjoy the burger, cooked to perfection, and the gluten-free crab cakes, which are very delicious and worth returning for. The side salad is fresh and tasty, and the gluten-free buns are appreciated. Some dishes, like the chicken sandwich and trout entree, were overcooked, but overall, the food is well-liked.
Service experiences vary; some guests found staff friendly and quick to serve, while others faced slower service and difficulty finding their waitress. The restaurant offers dietary restrictions options, including gluten-free choices. Overall, customers look forward to returning for a quiet, enjoyable meal with beautiful views and tasty food.
