We had an incredible meal at Mystico in Manchester, VT, Friday night! This was our first time visiting since their rebranding, and it did not disappoint.

Do not go, RUN to this place. We were fortunate to find it by accident, since no other places were open on Monday. And what a phenomenal find this is! The best during our 1 week travel loop in Vermont. Apparently, their menu changes regularly, but if you are lucky to catch their Foie Gras or Spinach Pappardelle with Duck Ragu, you will ask for seconds. You must leave room for desert.
