I just sat in the drive tru for 15 min to order. There are two new people, by themselves on a Friday night. They take the order make it and move to the next person. This is terrible management and not the way you treat employees, especially new ones. They were very pleasant and the order was good. The Middlebury Dunkin' is part of my morning routine, I typically use the on-the-go app to order, the staff almost always gets my order done on time, made correct and is always friendly when I say Thank You when picking up my coffee from the on-the-go pickup tray. Remember people, be patient, the whole world is understaffed and a little kindness goes a long way!

I sat at the drive-through for a good two minutes before asking if they were open… Somebody finally came on and told me to wait a minute. As I was sitting waiting one of the workers busted out the back door, smoking a cigarette blowing her disgusting death fumes all over the place while yelling at the person in the car behind me.
