However there is parking on premises in the back. The owner Alex is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft and is happy to share his knowledge of this wonderful fermented beverage and the process of making it. Most importantly the mead itself is wonderful and drinking here really feels like a one of kind experience. Alex is great company and his passion for creating delicious mead pours through in each representation the drink itself. His recipes are unique, delicious, and full of surprises. I came with a small group most of whom had never had mead before and were skeptical but by the end of the tasting Alex had made mead fans out of all of them.
