I needed a last minute cake for my wife’s birthday so I called Cyndy out of the blue. Not only did she have cakes available, she had choices! We ordered a chocolate with chocolate icing and it was delicious. This was our first time ordering from Capitol Cupcake, but it won’t be our last. And how many owners answer a phone call these days?
