A wonderful place to delve into the VERMONT MAPLE EXPERIENCE! Great maple soft-serve, maple sugar candy, even "Sugar on Snow".. and of course, Maple Syrup by the JUG... from sap gathered on the premises.. A MUST VISIT in Central Vermont!
I went here in hopes of finding a spot that would give a true VT syrup experience. My expectations were exceeded! They offered 6 different types of syrups for free tastings: light, amber, dark, very dark, bourbon infused, and cinnamon infused. They were all fantastic. The maple icecream was reallyyy good- very balanced flavors and not overpowered by maple. The workers were also very nice and welcoming.
