“We have been going to Sam for Pho since he opened, and he has and will always be our favorite viatnamese food in the area. He is so incredible sweet, and the clear broth chicken pho is to die for. We are ecstatic that they have reopened after the flooding!“
“Have eaten there for years and have never had a problem . Great food great service and wonderful atmosphere . Don't live in town anymore but try to go when I can . Nothing around is better than them . Can't beat authentic food .Vegetarian options: Can opt to have vegetarian and can pick what is in the dish .“

The food is consistently amazing - rich, complex flavors, fresh healthy ingredients, somehow combining a heartiness with a lightness in one close to perfect culinary package. It’s worth a trip to Montpelier for lunch on a weekday to try a dish here. It is pretty spicy but never so much (for my taste) that the spice overwhelms the flavors. Just the right amount of spice in my book but for those who shy away from spicy food, this is probably not the place for you.“
