“A very solid date and drink spot in white river junction! The food is surprisingly good Chicken liver mousse 5/5: It was fantastic and was a great shareable portion, had to keep the bread flowing for it. A must try Salmon 4/5: Very solid dish and cooked to preserve the moistness of the fish- would recommend Short rib 3.5/5: was good as well but out of all the dishes I would not put it as great as the others Ambiance/ Service: A little dark inside for me as it's not and only lit restaurant but depending where you sit the lighting can be slightly awkward for ambiance or photos. The service was good“
“I just picked up a rustic loaf of the rosemary bread and it is beyond delicious!!! Give yourselves a break during this unforgiving time and message Splendid Bakes by Banks and treat yourselves to many of her cakes and specialty breads!! Local baker in Peabody. You can pick up or she will deliver!!“
“Today was our first time experiencing cloudland farms exclusive farm to table meal that was so peaceful. This was quintessential to northern New England and it's culture and history of farming. The flavors are unique to farm to table eating. If you know, you know! Our server Meg, who is a part of the family that has owned the farm since 1908, who gave an awesome description and history of the farm itself and was a pleasure to chat with. We can't wait to go back and sit by the fireplace on a cold winter night. Thanks to all the staff. Cheers!“

“THE place in the upper valley to purchase cakes for your special occasion. The strawberries and whipped cream cake is our favorite. Their baked goods, breakfast (smoothie bowl!), and lunch items make it an easy choice when going out with the family.“

“Fantastic. My new favorite.Have been several times over the last year and food, flavors, service and atmosphere are consistently high quality.Enjoyed a fabulous almond pudding for dessert.... Similar but not the same in taste and texture to creme brulee... Enjoyed red lentil soup, cold appetizer platter and one fantastic hot appetizer as well. Looking forward to returning.Vegetarian options: I love vegetables and frequently prefer vegetarian options. There are a multitude of diverse and flavorful options here. Though not everything on the menu is vegetarian, there is nothing so far that I haven't liked and from the descriptions I'd be willing to try just about everything on the menu. Unlike most restaurants where I'm lucky to find more than one option of interest, here almost everything looks and sounds absolutely fantastic. So far the flavors have been as good or better than the descriptionsParking: Depending on the time of day or other events going on in the area, parking can be limited. Plenty of extra parking on the other side of the train tracks if you are willing to walk“

“Great dining experience. We sat at the bar and grabbed lunch while waiting for our car to charge across the street. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our food was served fresh and hot. Their burger is juicy and flavorful and the onion rings are delicious and gluten free, like many other items on the menu.“

“The food was incredible! The staff was awesome.I got the roast pork and my husband had the steak. He said it was the best steak he ever had. It was so good that we went back the following night and had the same thing and it was great again. We were just in town for a few days. We stayed at the Jackson House Inn (Amazing X2! )“

“This joint has the best pizza I've had in NH. The staff is sweet. I got a free pizza since they messed up my order, which was a pleasant surprise. I will admit the caesar salad had a lot of cheese. I was also pleased by the good prices for their delicious food-they were reasonable.“

“this is a must while you are in Woodstock, VT or nearby! the food is fabulous, fresh delicious and just frankly exceptional. Krista & Kathy were so attentive in all aspects of serving and caring about what you needed or wanted, well above the the top! it is obvious the owner & staff really care about your needs. If you like curries, try the green curry; spicy and well on point. Best green curry I have had and coming from VT; frankly shocked it was delicious. Did i mention I am originally from NYC; I know & love great food! this is by far a place not to miss. its all about the food, restaurant is very but certainly "no frills" when the food is that fabulous who cares? thank you again best, Kim from Cape Cod“

“Food doesn’t disappoint you will not go away hungry! Sunday late morning so of course very busy. Not a complaint just an observation the front staff seemed a little disjointed with clearing dishes and bringing customers checks but its all done with a smile. Will be back.“

“Great ambiance, convenient locaiton, great service. Went here for lunch on a Sunday and it was half full, but still lively. I got chicken and eggplant Parmesan and my sister had the rigatoni. Large portions and flavorful, but nothing memorable.“

“I visited the retail store for my first time , it was awesome! Tons of gluten free mixes that I cannot find in the grocery store in addition to the 1 to 1 baking mix. King Arthur has the absolute best mixes for gluten free options. My only complaint is when I am the only one in line to check out, please acknowledge me rather than ignore me at first so you can finish your conversation with each other. This bothers me more than it should, I admit that but I feel like customer svc is declining everywhere . Just greet me and make me believe you care.Otherwise and awesome spot!“

“I've been here numerous times over the years and generally liked it. However, our group was generally disappointed with our dinners and certainly didn't warrant the prices charged. The $40 filet mignon was well past the requested medium rare, pretty tough, and lacked flavor. The Thai salad ($27 I think) was mostly soggy vegetables on pasta.“

“Sorry I can't comment about the restaurant because we went to this Simon Pearce location just to watch the glass blowers. What an amazing experience. The showroom is on the main level and the quality of craftsmanship was incredible. Honestly, these pictures don't do it justice. The glassblowing area is just down the stairs. You are literally 10 feet away from the action. What amazing skill these artists have. We were able to chat with them and they were more than willing to share their knowledge about their craft. Highly recommend going to watch these artisans at work!“
