Fresh sandwiches served by three friendly, enthusiastic, helpful young men. A notable difference from the usual workers who look at you like you're keeping them from scrolling their phones.
The staff at the Randolph Subway is very friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy the food I get there.
First and foremost the staff was trying their best to make a ton of sandwhiches and check out the line, the staff were very friendly.However, you can tell they are not trained well enough to handle the line they had. Several sandwhiches had to be redone because the staff misheard or didn’t pay attention (example was a meatball sub was made instead of a pickleball, with several orders going at once no one was able to notice the mistake).
