I had been hearing great things and just went for the first time. The Hatchet totally exceeded my expectations. There were 4 of us so we shared several apps. Great LOCAL draft and cider selection. Craft Cocktails looked amazing. I have been craving the crispy brussel sprouts for the last day and half. The Hatchet wings were perfect blend of savory heat and great cold the next day for lunch.
