“We saw them setup in Stowe for a road race. Fantastic food and great prices. It was a short wait and we really enjoyed the plum and the shitake mushroom Kombu and possibly the best miso soup I've ever had. All three were vegan and delicious. The rice was cooked to perfection and the service was fast and the staff were very kind! I will definitely be stopping wherever I find them setup! There were a lot of people at the event but they were able to move us through the line speedily.“
