There were several options that I had never seen before like dough and octopus bites (very good and tender) and cheese dumplings (crispy). The sushi fish was very fresh! Really good, nothing to say!The service was fast and consistent.We had ordered too much and didn't want to waste so asked if we could pay for the excess and bring it over. She gave us a good price.The music was a little loud. The bathroom is very well maintained.Really not disappointed. De la soupe jusqu'au dessert, chaque service a été un délice. Le service, qui a été assuré par un jeune serveur (Lee) ainsi que le propriétaire de l'établissement, était sur la coche et s'est déroulé sans pression. Très sociable et bien informé, l'équipe nous a reçu comme des amis de longue date. On a bien sûr l'intention d'y retourner souvent.“
“New residents in Estrie, we discover the different places in the area. Second sushi restaurant we've tried and what a pleasant surprise! Original blends and choice of ingredients different from the usual banners. Everything is fresh, tasty and really well presented. A little expensive but it's really good. “I was pleasantly surprised. My past few experiences in Granby, QC have caused me to lower my expectations, and Tokyo Sushi left me with some hope for the area. Some dishes were definitely differently different, but they worked. Good food and great service. Will definitely return. They are on the pricey side: $130 for two people (with tip) without alcohol. We feel this was worth 90$ with tip. 3.5stars“
