“I've heard so many bad things about this place — and honestly, I don't see the issue. I understand there aren't a lot of options in the area, but let's keep it real: it's a Pizza Hut. You either need to lower your expectations or stop going to a place you constantly complain about. It's inexpensive, and the food is consistent with other locations across the Northeast.

I've tried this place three separate times for takeout (since that's where I've seen the most complaints).

I think people need to lower their expectations for a chain pizza shop — or just go somewhere else.“

“They were super short-staffed and customers were being extremely rude and hateful because they were having to wait for their orders or their order couldn't be completed due to shortages on food. The restaurant had about 30 customers inside with a long line of cars at the drive thru. The staff was keeping their cool and was being very patient and respectful. They were also were willing to substitute or add a little extra to those who were angry and yelling. Me and my daughter's were patient and let them get caught up before we ordered. If people want to complain the entire time about service then why do they bother to come here? If people hate the service so much then go someplace else. Why come here and give the guys that chose to show up for work crap? They came into work and with a positive attitude and treat people with respect when they are not receiving it and work their butts off when their is only 2 of them. Thid shows me a lot about what type of hard working people they are! I appreciate and applaud them. Kudos to these guys. Thank you for the good food and good service! I come here a lot and will continue to come here!“

“I've been a customer at Mosaic for a few years now, the food is still great but yesterday I ordered a burrito and it was half the size they used to be. I'd rather pay a little more than have less food for the same price. Maybe add an option price for a full size burrito?“

“Very friendly staff at the drive thru, my dog is always excited to see them! Food is consistently warm and delicious. Quick service, I usually don't have to wait and can get through the drive thru without idling long. This is our go to McDonald's in the area!“
