“This Is now my favorite place to eat in Burlington. We sat at the bar and had excellent service by both bartenders. The wine was very good - 2019 Mara Valpolicella Ripasso - and reasonably priced. We shared the Salsiccia E Funghi pizza with the spicy sausage - more than enough for two people. This is one of the most flavorful pizzas I have ever had! We also enjoyed the atmosphere here - fun, relaxed and the right kind of music. Thanks for a great dining experience! We will be back!“
“First time we came in we didn't have a reservation and were pleasantly surprised by how busy the restaurant was. We were told that we couldn't get a table so we immediately made reservations for the next night and revisited. The spicy mussel appetizer was fantastic! The rigatoni with eggplant was to die for, the sauce was just delicious. I also enjoyed the shrimp and shishito pepper pasta. Chocolate mousse was also great :)“

“This was our first time at Pascolo. The service was amazing. We ordered the Caesar salad which was very good. We followed up with the Chicken Parmesan, and the pasta a la vodka. Unfortunately, both of these dishes were served lukewarm. The chocolate torta for dessert was amazing.“
“Fantastic wood fired pizza and other Italian dishes. The Caesar salad is delicious with anchovies. The garlic bread nots called "juggernauts" are delicious and great to share with table. The flat breads pizza are delicious, love the classic options they have such as Margarita pizza and supreme, but the buffalo chicken pizza is delicious! Devour entire pizza by myself!??“

And it seems to be popular in the city.We arrived around 8 pm and we had no reservation (we didn't know what was needed since we are visiting the city) but the staff did everything possible to seat us at a table. “Have been here a few times usually for pizza, but have tried some pasta dishes and appetizers too. Pizza is really good, thinner crust, good sauce ratio. The buffalo chicken pizza is delicious, I never order buffalo chicken pizza and here we get it every time. The service has always been great. Last two times we went we've had the same server who is awesome, and even brought out some pizza dough for my 4yo to play with which it's always helpful to keep kids occupied until food comes. Highly recommend this place, we are from out of town but visit family locally and it's always my son's first pick to come here (and the adults are happy with always coming).Kid-friendliness: High chairs and boosters available. “Fantastic pizza and calzones every time. This past Friday night my wife and I ordered ahead and I went in to pick-up. The volume of orders and food they were handling was off the charts! Many people had very long waits and I was so impressed with the young staff members who handled the chaos and complaints with professionalism, empathy and courtesy. “I just finished eating takeout from Vespas and ran to my phone to write this review. It was sooooooooooo good. The Vermonter salad paired with a treat of the arancini balls was one of the most delicious meals I have had. It is going to be hard not to want this for dinner every night. 10/10 recommend, so delicious, and a local business to top it off. SO GOODParking: Large parking lot with plenty of parking, it is in a strip mall setting with many businesses.“
