Being of Indian descent, I am very particular with restaurant Indian food and am pretty skeptical about how much I would like it in more remote places around the world. (Best I have ever had was in Cairns, Australia and worse was in Niseko, Japan if you are curious to know). Raja is primarily a to-go restaurant - order ahead online and pick up. Everything is made fresh to order, spice levels can be chosen per entree and when you pick spicy they make it SPICY!! Can't wait to keep trying something new each time. So far the cheese naan and the butter chicken were *chef's kiss* perfect for a cold winter night! Fair prices for the amount of food. Our dinner was delicious! This is a do-not-miss place in Stowe! We got takeout- be warned, their entrance is hard to find (you need to walk along the driveway to the back of the building), but it is well worth it. Take out was delicious. Been thinking about it eve since - I can’t wait to eat here again!
