“It's cute, Iced cream was good, and they give you free pup cups which I as a dog dad appreciated. Folks at the window, who I'm assuming owned it, were very kind and attentive. I even saw them stay open after their advertised closing time for a group of folks driving in 5 minutes after shutting the window.

Kid-friendliness: They have a little playground there.”

“A barn tucked into the Brandon countryside. Great beers. Tried the Lager which was very good with all the flavor profiles the way I like them. The Peach was very nice as well. Also had an IPA and the porter which was especially good. The staff could not have been nicer. A stop here was well rewarded!”

“Years ago I took my kids there -- now they go and I get to have some good times not only with my daughter, but with my granddaughter. Generally during the week it's very quiet - yes, maybe a little noisy on Fri or Sat night - depends on where you are in the park. Quiet hours are observed as best they can. Lots of activities for the kids and adults alike. Our site is peaceful and large and I can enjoy it to the max. The lake is right there to kayak or swim or just float. Dock available for our boat -- pretty good fishing. Not sure what else you'd want. Staff has always been friendly and helpful and let me tell you -- if I had to deal with the people and the registration and questions all up in the store, I'd be a basket case. I've been behind some of the rudest, grumpiest people I've encountered, and I've only seen them treated with courtesy. I don't use the public bathrooms or showers, so can't speak to that. My hats off to Holly and her crew!”

“Our experience at Paddlers Pub was great We went 3 times during our vacation! It's convenient, amazing views and super friendly staff. Like most places around the country right now they seemed short staffed, but that's understandable. The food was really good...the shrimp & spinach salad was fabulous, I ordered all 3 times. That dressing, so good! My family loved everything they got (except the pizza, skip that). The drinks were cold and they have great options for being the only place to get one. Have to give a shout out to the guys running the marina too, they were so accommodating and friendly. The whole atmosphere was just warm and welcoming. We can't wait to return!”

“This is exactly the type of establishment that Brandon needs. It is one of my favorite places to go in town. The food is delicious and they offer a nice atmosphere. They even offer dining on the back deck. In addition to all that they cater to two of my favorite things in the whole world pool and music. Outside of the American Legion they are the only pool table in town. If you enjoy music stop in on Thursday nights and watch local talent play for their open mic. If you’re extremely lucky you might even get to hear me go on stage and play the drums, or unlucky depending on your point of you view lol. If you do come here to eat I highly recommend ordering the bourbon steak. It is to die for. Hope to see you soon at the Ripton distillery in Brandon Vermont.”
