Came here for brunch on a Monday morning. The food was amazing. You order at the counter and a chef brings it out. There was no one else there which was nice but the place seemed empty and the temperature inside was pretty cold.We got a quiche, the Reuben and French toast sticks for our toddler.The French toast sticks were a hit with our toddler and I really enjoyed the Reuben. Food was great, staff were friendly, atmosphere was very low key, comfortable, and welcoming. First time here and definitely will go back. Had the pulled pork crepe and it was delicious! They have QR code on the tables where you can order from or at the counter. One of the items was out of stock so I went to the counter to order and asked about the K-pop crepe. We had a fantastic time at Apple Core! So fantastic that we came two days in a row. Day 1, we enjoyed cider flights in the comfy cidery. Day 2, we had lunch in the cafe and everything was DELICIOUS! thank you for a great time!
