Service was 10/10 , the person at the counter was very nice and super patient when I couldn't decide what to eat.
Crab Rangoon 10/10 , loved the sauce it was served with ! Especially when I used the hot mustard with it.
Chicken Lomein 3/10, the chicken texture seemed off , and was too salty to eat. I ended up throwing it away.

Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant in Waterbury is an excellent spot for consistently great Chinese food. Everything we ordered was excellent—the spicy wontons were perfectly savory with just the right heat, the beef with peppers was tender and flavorful, the scrambled egg with shrimp was comforting and well-balanced, and the kung pao chicken had great spice and crunch.
