“We went in when we were in town visiting Waterbury is such a cute little town the people are all so warm and touching
The food was incredible came out pretty quick and our sever Kelsey was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed she also made us laugh quite a bit it definitely was an unforgettable dinner.… they are very lucky to have her there she doesn’t waste any time waiting on her guest will definitely return when we are in town next and we hope to see her again as well“

“I m a big fan of 'Crepes and as a world traveler, I have enjoyed them in Paris, and in other European cities and our Stowe Skinny Pancake, makes the cosmopolitan culinary experience local and delicious. The music is soothing and adds charm to the atmosphere; the cool interior and the lovely, breezy porch for outside dining. Another asset is diners have a selection and choice other than crepes, if so desired. Sean is the manager. He makes on feel at home and brings water to ones dog when dining on the porch, where dogs are welcome and I go everywhere with mine. All in all, I rate the Stowe Skinny Pancake, stellarly and am glad to know it is minutes to town. if one is a visitor, it is walking distance to many hotels and motels. Kudos and keep it coming. The staff Is kind, polite and welcoming though, not assuming. Keep on rocking it!“

And elotes. Everything was 10/10. The food was fresh. Made with care. Made with quality ingredients!! Did you know they literally MAKE their own cheese?? And the cherry lime aid SO good.“
