I heard about this place from a coworker and decided to take the 11/2 hour drive to see for myself. I am glad I did. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, service was great and atmosphere just felt down at home. Before we left we were already planning on what we would each order the next time we came.
Had dinner on a rainy Saturday night. The place was quaint with a lot of character. Loved the ambience and the decorations. The owner was also our waiter and bartender and we had nice conversations. The food was all delicious and everyone left full. I'd come back to try everything on the menu. THE POUTINE! I enjoyed the vegetable curry savory pie. They must have given a whole filet for the fish and chips. The presentation of the pork pie was fantastic. I had a little bit of everything...read full review
