Southern Smoke did an amazing job catering our DIY wedding! They helped us prepare by offering a great tasting experience where we chose the items for our big day. They were communicative, even through their busy season, and very flexible with our needs. They provided appetizers, servers, dinner, coffee, plates and silverware. Their sauces are out of this world and their vegetarian options are hearty and satisfying! All the food was amazing and prepared fresh on sight. We received endless compliments from our guests. I highly recommend hiring Southern Smoke if you want unbelievable food from an easy to work with vendor.

We decided to go with Southern Smoke for our wedding catering after trying their food at other catered events. Brian was so easy to work with, and the BBQ was amazing! Several of our wedding guests told us that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. The buffet food service at the wedding was polished and smooth, and guests did not have to wait long in line to be served. I couldn't recommend them enough because of the delicious food, great service, and reasonable pricing!

Southern Smoke has awesome tasting food! The chicken was so flavorful, moist and delicious. The mac and cheese was cooked perfectly, not gummy or chalky, full of flavor. The food stayed hot! The owner Brian was easy to deal with! I would not go anywhere else for catering!

Do yourself a favor and just say “yes” to using Southern Smoke BBQ as your wedding caterer! Brian was absolutely awesome and super easy to work with. His prices are very reasonable and most importantly the food was mouthwateringly good! People kept coming up and telling us how much they loved the food. My wife and I still talk about it 3 weeks after the wedding. It’s that good. Not only does he have an amazing selection of meats for the carnivorous folks, but he also has bountiful amount of vegetarian options for those who prefer not to eat meat. His vegetable pakoras were the best I’ve ever had in my life! We’re so happy we went with Southern Smoke for our wedding and you will be too. Thanks again, Brain!
