“Absolutely delicious spot for brunch. Normally I am a sweet waffle person but I keep coming back for their savory waffles they are just too good!! The fried chicken and the brisket are both amazing on their own (flavorful and juicy) but paired with the waffles and aiolis they are incredible.“

“My favorite coffee in all of Seattle. I like the mocha, the drip and the croissant breakfast sandwiches but everything I’ve had has been good.“

“My long overdue review comes down to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ words: Best Taiyaki Comfort Food Ever‼️‼️💯🥰😋😍 Need I say more? . Taiyaki, a popular Japanese fish-shaped pastry, has an interesting history rooted in the Edo period's imagawayaki, a round pancake filled with sweet red bean paste. The modern version of taiyaki was invented in 1909 during the Meiji era by Seijirō Kanbei, who owned a sweets shop called Naniwaya in Tokyo . Seeking to create a unique twist on imagawayaki, he used a mold shaped like a sea bream (tai in Japanese), a fish symbolizing good fortune. The delightful combination of its distinctive shape and delicious taste quickly made taiyaki a favorite across Japan, often sold by street vendors and enjoyed at festivals . Over time, taiyaki evolved to include various fillings such as custard, chocolate, cheese, sweet potato, and even savory options, and in BeanFish case, MmmBacon 😍😋🥰, though the iconic fish shape remains. Today, taiyaki has spread globally, becoming a beloved treat in many countries and appreciated for its nostalgic charm and the enjoyable experience of biting into its crispy exterior to reveal a warm, sweet filling!!! 🍥🥮🫘“

“We got the Grandma's Apple Pie Waffle from this place and honestly this was incredible. We really enjoyed what we got from this place. We got to meet the owner he was working and he was very kind, professional and makes incredible waffles that really stand out to me. The waffles got some character to them!
I strongly recommend checking out this place located near Pikes Place Market.“

“I used to not go to happy lemon because I wasn't fond of the drinks, I went to the location in Bellevue I believe. But when I moved to this area , I thought to try it out again, I got the regular milk tea with pudding and taro balls. Really Good! They also had a strawberry cheesecake drink (something along those lines), super good! The inside of this location is really cute too! Happy Lemon went from one I never go to, to one I'd happily go to! Def come try their drinks.“

“You can smell this place before you see it ( a delicious waffle smell). It's more of a snack / dessert situation for me but delicious options such as boba waffles and milk teas, etc. I got the 1/2 sugar boba milk and still found it extremely sweet so be mindful of that.“
