“Staff at this location are Amazing!

We stopped in for lunch two weekends in a row while in town for sports! Each time there was a line out of the door but, everyone working still carried great attitudes and got us in and out as fast as they could. I let them know my daughter had a gluten allergy and I was worried about cross continents, Cassie took extra time to clean a prep area and get new ingredients for her lettuce wrap! We were really impressed and thankful for her level of customer service! We sat and ate, while watching them crank out orders, was really impressive. Definitely our go to location when in the area!“

“This is by far my favorite Jimmy John's. Whoever makes the sandwiches here knows what they are doing and is never greedy on the lettuce. Making a sandwich is a skill because all the other Jimmy John's that I have been to just slaps a little of the ingredient on the sandwich just so its there and its mostly bread that youre eating.
The workers at this place are always cherry and super sweet and efficient.“

“I was leaving my doctors appointment and headed here only to find that I was a few mins too early before they opened. I headed to my car and a very nice employee, I wish I got his name, came and waved me down and let me in 3 mins before opening. He was very kind, and made my sandwich freaky fast.“

“Just enjoyed lunch at the jimmy johns on 23rd in tacoma. Food was good as usual but there was another customer who was sticking his hand down the back of his pants and then touching multiple surfaces in the restaurant...including the prepackaged cookies! My fiance and I were disgusted, so we said something.

Sara, the employee with a great smile and friendly demeanor, sympathized with what happened and proceeded to wipe/disinfect every surface that man touched. Great job Sara! Thank you for caring about the quality of your restaurant and the experience of your guests.“
