McDonald's in Tacoma

“I’ve been here 4 times since moving to the area earlier this year and all 4 times have been an incredibly pleasant or standout experience. Props to management and everyone who works here. If they have bad days I wouldn’t be able to speak on that, but I can say that I have left this drive through convinced that people still care about the little things every single time. The food is exactly what you expect and consistent most importantly, but it’s the people behind the counter and even that first window that make this place what it is.“

“As good as any McDonalds with bored teenage employees who don't wanna do much. They didn't take the time to mix the mint syrup into my shamrock McFlurry. What in the actual heck? That takes so little time (less than 30 seconds for sure) and effort. Glad they actually have the dine in area open again that is the nicest part at this location now.“

“This was a surprisingly pleasant experience for a fast food restaurant. As a food worker myself, I was impressed with the professionalism and upfront communication from the worker in charge. Food was fresh and actually enjoyable. The dining place and bathrooms were also clean. Keep it up!“

“They are pretty nice to the homeless people. But not my service animal in training. Not an emotional support animal a service animal. They demanded I tie my dog up outside somewhere to come inside and order my food because my dog stated barking when several children tried to approach my animal and me real quickly which she responded at as she should by letting people know not too get close to me, especially people we are unfamiliar with. The kids wouldn't leave us alone and when I suggested that the children be tied up outside instead of my dog because they were to ones without training or manners and where were the parents of these four bay bay kids all under the age of 10 by my guess. All of a sudden I'm the monster and need to leave and my dog is not ever welcome back on property. But those unattended kids got to stay reaking havok on the whole dining room at breakfast time...... Some people's kids!?!“

“This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a very long time. The food is always fresh and the customer service is top-of-the-line. Everyone is so nice and I appreciate the great customer service. This is the only McDonald’s that I come to when I am in town and it will stay that way. I also want to thank Mitra Sharafat for great service and awesome attitude“

“Every time I've been at this location the food...fries,,burgers, etc. Have always been fresh and hot.one time my breakfast order wasn't complete...I called the location and they were more than willing to,not only give me the rest of my order...but replace the entire order. Great costumer service.“

“This McDonald's being downtown Tacoma, One would think That it would be way worse than it is. Though this actual store is not too bad they are quick they are friendly and they make sure your food is done correctly the right way and it's always hot. I do visit this McDonald's quite regularly as I live in the neighborhood. They make sure that there are spaces in the parking lot as They make sure that no one is parking there that is not at the McDonald's As well as keeping the homeless out of the parking lot which is a big deal and hard to do in downtown Tacoma.“

“There is a white kid working there with long black hair. He was in the drive thru today. He was very professional and he cared very much about my order today. He went about and beyond and I just want to say he deserves alot more. I wish him the best. If I could bless him I would“

“I’m confused why every McDonald’s I go to Connor get my order right. It’s not complicated. My cheeseburgers I ask nor extra onion and extra pickle and it’s never mind right it has happened more than once at this location. I actually travel further then I should to this location because the one by me suck even more. I get it fast food but I’m not trying to be that person that hold up the drive thru. Looks like I need to start being that person. They are friendly and everything just the grill people are trying to go too fast. I would say that about almost every McDonald. Suck I couldn’t take it back because of the distance so I was made basically to eat a plain cheese burger 🤢“

“Overall, it's a nice, bright place where you can take your children for a bite to eat. Our order, which we placed inside, was brought out fairly quickly. The food was of good quality. The restroom is closed by default, but they will open it if you ask the staff. The restroom is quite clean and tidy for a public establishment. We were a little disappointed by the half-peeled stickers on the tables, which would cost very little to replace, but they really spoil the whole vibe of the visit.“

“I stopped by this location for the first time today while I was nearby and grabbed some ice cream cones for my kids. There were about five cars ahead of me, and the wait was really long — almost 20 minutes.

But honestly? It was worth it.

The portions were super generous, and the cone stayed perfectly crispy even after some time. It was so good that I’d say this is the best McDonald’s ice cream I’ve ever had!“
