Panda Express Reviews
Such happy, friendly workers!!
Panda is really good but I like Flamming Wok in Spokane Valley Mall better.
Drive thru is ridiculous, we just wanted to go in to get to go. Can't really park if they got ppl blocking the entry because of the drive thru. Disorganized chaos and service for dining room customers. Even paying seemed to be difficult to accomplish.

Panda Express is a well-known restaurant that offers a variety of delicious Chinese-inspired dishes. The Sweet Fire Chicken and Orange Chicken are popular menu items, and the spring rolls are often enjoyed by customers. The service is generally friendly, with staff providing helpful and patient assistance, even when busy. However, there have been times when online orders were not ready on time, and the counter service can sometimes feel rushed.
Recently, some customers have praised the restaurant for its generous portions and fresh, high-quality food. The noodles are cooked perfectly, and the Sweet Fire Chicken is a standout dish. On the other hand, a few customers have experienced long wait times for their food, even during busy hours. Additionally, the drive-through system can be inefficient, with delays in placing orders or receiving food.
Despite these mixed reviews, Panda Express remains a popular choice for tasty Chinese-inspired cuisine and generally good service. The restaurant operates in a “buffet” style, allowing customers to choose their serving size and then select their entrees and sides. Customers are advised to ask questions about their orders, such as whether they want teriyaki sauce with their teriyaki chicken, to ensure they get exactly what they want.
