“The fried calamari here is very good, crispy, crunchy, and cooked perfectly. The clam chowder is also delicious, and the green chili soup is excellent. The Philly cheesesteak, however, is just okay, nothing special.
I’ll definitely be coming back again for the fried calamari and clam chowder, they’re worth the trip.
The only downside is the inconsistent service.
The first time we visited, our server was great and very attentive. But on our second visit, we waited a long time before anyone acknowledged us. A server was present, but she wasn’t checking for new guests coming in, and we ended up waiting far too long without being greeted that we eventually left. I really hope this issue gets addressed.
Great food, but I hope the service becomes more consistent.“

“Patrick is an absolute rockstar, most of the staff here are great but he really does good work. I come in and he’s friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. His service (and the desserts) keep me and my friends coming back. I hope he gets recognition for his hard work!!!“

“I was there to day and a man went in to the women's bathroom with a bunch of kids in there and I called him out of the bathroom and the manger and security protected him and said I was in the wrong and that he could us the bathroom. there was a family bathroom he could have used. this dave in buster is messed up in it's believe and anyone who supports this is messed up to. there was a women who took her son in to the family bathroom and he was five. this is how it should be. no MAN SHOULDN'T GO IN TO THE GIRLS BATHROOM PERIOD. “Always a fun experience. Staff is friendly and fun, booth are secluded and laughs are plenty. Food is great, soups are hearty. Can’t find a complaint, other than too many choices on the menu somedays, to choose.“

“Good little sports bar. The bartender was on it with the service, greeting us right away upon entry. The totchos were awesome. Nothing inherently wrong with the food, perhaps a bit messy but that's what makes it sports bar food!! Only reason for four stars is not as much selection as a couple other local sports bars“

“I few Fridays ago I came in. I was looking for my friends. Inaya approached me. She had helped me one time before. Two months back. She still remembered me, and my friends. Before I could give her my order. She told me where my friends were seated, and stated that they ordered a Dirty Blonde for me. She then informed me that she was going to bring me a Knotty Brunette. Because she remembered what I ordered the last time I had her as a server. Turns out my friends didn't remember what I drink. Inaya did from two months back. That's professionalism. Inaya isn't just a pretty face. She is on top of her game. Great job for hiring Inaya.“

“We are at Applebee's just about every Friday afternoon, where Victoria, the bartender, takes our order. She is so sweet and personable and quick on her feet. The gentleman manager is always friendly too, and always comes by to check on us, as does Victoria.. All the servers are very pleasant. The food is good and not overpriced. We're happy to come here.“

“Amazing find on the way to SeaTac. The fusion idea works great and the sauce/crust/toppings ratio was perfect on our vegan pie. We got the samosas for breakfast before our early flight since everything at the airport will be closed. “Enjoyed my visit to Des Moines and to visit this establishment. It’s a large open plan, clean looks good inside. Bar in the center of the room with a large seating area to the west . Located on the main drag of downtown Des Moines offers great views of Puget sound and the neighborhood. Very decent dining experience. A great place to hang out with friends. If you find yourself in the downtown, Des Moines area definitely stopped in for for an adult beverage and enjoy yourself.“

“Kitchen is open till at least 11pm. Karaoke on Saturdays 9pm-1am is always a blast and enjoyable to watch even if you are not a singer. Lots of variety seating. Several TV's to watch the sports games on.“

“Plenty of seating and a nice place to play pool, darts or pinball. Place was packed for a party and looked like there were only 2 servers. Ours was doing her best to take care of most of the people in there while the other was spending a lot of time chatting with a single table..“

She is incredibly friendly and patient with my children-they actually request her by name every time we visit! However, their customer service is the worst—no greetings, the staff are often in a bad mood, very rude, and unfriendly. As a result, I stopped going there. Today, while shopping at South Center, my kids wanted to eat at Applebee's, so I visited their South Center location. I was surprised by how excellent the service was; the server was very friendly, patient, and polite. I truly appreciated everything—the food was fresh, and we had an amazing time. “Darlene was amazing. I have never heard so many Thank yous in one place. She was so kind to every employee, every customer. She was sincere, humble, fast, efficient, and left no customers behind. I even asked if she was the manager. She is the bar tender and a dang good one. She literally talked to every customer like they were best friends. Darlene vacant sing too.
