“I rarely eat at Applebee’s, but the staff at the South Hill Mall location just earned a regular customer for life.
During a chaotic, busy holiday shift, a customer at a nearby table lost her mind—screaming, throwing her plate, and verbally abusing the staff. The server, Krystal, and the manager, Pamela, handled this volatile situation with an unbelievable level of grace, dignity, and cool-headed professionalism. Pamela fiercely protected her server, defused the chaos, and even took time to comfort another guest who was left shaken up by the scene.
It is rare to see such outstanding leadership and composure under pressure. Krystal and Pamela are absolute rockstars and a massive asset to this company. Give these women a raise!“

“Came here to watch the USA v Australia FIFA game, first time coming here and could not be happier! Staff is sensational, very attentive and friendly. Food is hands down some of the best bar food in the area, the burgers are awesome! Plenty of TVs, outside area too. Highly recommend, perfect spot for sports and will absolutely be back for future games.“

“Great service. Jim was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and high quality. Housemade sauces and pizza crust. Fish and chips were very good, the best I've had in the area. Atmosphere was clean and smelled good. Many TVs. They have the Sunday Ticket during football season. Large selection of pull tabs. Comfortable, sturdy seating.“

“Sumner FARELLI'S Is our Favorite. Great atmosphere and the Staff is TOPS !! Our favorite waiter Taylor is the Best...friendly smile and always has a moment to say HI. And if we are fortunate enough to sit in his section, he takes very good care of us. HIGHLY RECOMM3ND !! The Pizza, Appetizers and The Dad's Salad are Fab. The RANCH ... omg , no words ❤️❤️“
“Great spacious place. Food had hefty portions and was tasty. We liked the thier take on the Cuban. Smash Dip was good as well. Couple of bar games, pool, and pull tabs. Went on a regular Thursday night, but I can imagine this place could get busy, looking forward to coming on a busy day. Kiara, our server, was quick, attentive and friendly. Will come back.“

“Ethan made our visit super fun and easy. Came in for a late dinner and he made sure we were always taken care of, and even showed extra kindness which you don’t see in this industry often. Definitely the best Applebees experience I have had, mainly because of his hospitality.“

“Great food great service. Nice staff. The menu is always changing so good variety of delicious burgers, salads and appetizers. I got a cheese dip burger the last time I went the cheese dip went great with the burger and fries. We frequent this location. I always like going to Apple Bee’s.“
