The Pastrami sandwich on a sesame bagel had a wonderful amount of greens to balance the rich and salty pastrami and the sauerkraut and honey mustard smear rounded the flavors out.The tuna sandwich had an amazing smoked sesame crusted tuna with a spicy wasabi roe and mayo.It was a salty and spicy combo on a salted bagel with the refreshing and light tuna. And finally their deep dish pizza with speck, green onions, and a spicy honey was the perfect snack to tear off pieces throughout...
My new favorite bagel place! I tried the cinnamon graham cracker bagel with lemon cream cheese on half and regular on the other half and it was delicious. Definitely will be back! Grabbed it on my way to the ferry and it was well worth it.
Blazing Bagels closed down and we were disheartened. While exploring Brainbridge got to know about Briny Bagels . Its family run and same is reflected in value system . Bagels were top notch and we loved it . Highly recommend
