I've been trying to eat here for weeks now and its always closed. I have just now made a post it so I know to stop by in the mornings of Friday Saturday or Sunday. Great food and people.
These bagels are SO worth it! 🥯 Get there early (Fri-Sun, opens 7am)...more than once I've gotten them and they're still warm! Chewy (NY-style), delicious, unique flavors & toppings. While I tend to opt for rosemary sea salt with plain cream cheese, there are several options for both bagel & schmear available. The folks who run the place are friendly, helpful & fast. Briny Bagels is a welcoming spot on Bainbridge Island, complete with chessboards and outside tables. The bagels are authentic, delicious, and include unique creations like the French Everything. The cream cheeses are the best, with flavors like apricot thyme. The lox sandwich and egg sandwiches are also delicious with very fresh toppings. The shop also offers remarkable cheese-crusted pizzas and a line of fermented vegetables and kimchee. The staff are the nicest and friendliest people. This extraordinary treasure is only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so be prepared to wait in line unless arriving at the 7:00 am opening.
