We eat at Pau’s Aisan Kitchen every time we visit Bainbridge, Island. Both young men are named John are very friendly. All the dishes we have tried are incredibly tasty! The eggplant dish is delicious! See you next time.
The dinner portions were big, and everything was fresh. Prices are reasonable, and the wait wasn't bad at all. The hot and sour soup really hit the spot; I've been craving a good bowl of it, and I was so glad I came here. The entrées had phenomenal wok-hei, and the veggies were cut so that they had the right balance of crunch, flavor, and tenderness. I will come back here to eat next time I'm in the area!
Your typical strip mall restaurant space with quite good food. I always order the Kung Pau Chicken, hot off the wok. Wonton soup is very good, as is hot and sour soup. I may be a sucker for Chinese food, but this is a great meal for a fair price.
