Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great location with hot, fresh/breived coffee, music in the building, and friendly staff who welcome customers. The seating and tables are very nice, and the patio is available for sitting outside. The staff is always friendly and greets customers as soon as they walk in. Some visits noted the staff did a phenomenal job keeping everything under control with forward momentum. The salted caramel foam is always made correctly. However, the restaurant is often short-staffed with only two employees, especially during the week, and could use more help. One visit mentioned a gossipy, whining barista whose negative trash-talking filled the place, making for a worst customer experience. Despite this, the location is conveniently located and walkable for the neighborhood, and it is a go-to coffee shop for many regulars.
